If you are still using Shaw’s old cable modems (Terayon or CyberSurfr) call Shaw Cable and ask them to send you a new upgraded modem.
You will find a HUGE difference. Or at least I did!
I had complained to Shaw about slow speeds, as a result they sent me a new modem that is compatible with their new higher speeds. They sent me a Motorola SB5102. As expected it only took a minute to swap out.
Prior to swapping, I had run 3 speed tests on Shaws Speed Test
